Arrival
When you arrive, please keep your pet safely leashed or in a carrier. If your pet is nervous, potentially contagious to other animals, or prefers a little extra space from other animals, just let us know - we are happy to help make the visit more comfortable.
3
Medical History
A member of our team will talk with you about your pet’s health, current concerns, medications, diet, and medical history. The details you share help us better understand your pet and provide the most appropriate care.
4
Physical Exam
Your veterinarian will perform a thorough physical exam and talk with you about what they find. Together, we will discuss your concerns and decide on the best next steps for your pet.
5
Diagnostics
Depending on your pet’s needs, we may recommend bloodwork, imaging, urine testing, or other diagnostics. We will explain why each test may be helpful and review estimated costs with you before moving forward.
6
Questions
We welcome your questions throughout the visit. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, informed, and involved in decisions about your pet’s care.

Our Promise
We will care for your pet with kindness, compassion, and respect. We are here to listen, offer honest guidance, and work with you to make the best possible decisions for your pet.
Appointment Policy
To help us provide timely and efficient care for all patients, pets are seen by appointment only.

-
Walk-in appointments may not always be able to be accommodated and may be subject to additional work-in or urgent care fees.
-
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please call ahead so our team can assess availability and help direct you appropriately.
-
We make every effort to accommodate urgent and emergency cases; however, additional wait times should be expected when emergency patients are worked into the schedule.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to:
-
Reschedule their appointment,
-
Wait for the next available opening, or
-
Be worked in between already scheduled appointments.

Our goal is to remain respectful of both our clients’ time and the needs of our patients throughout the day.
